Learn and Inspire

I hope these courses will inspire further reading and a deeper appreciation for the ancient world. Discover the shared humanity that connects us to those who lived millennia ago, and recognise their foundational contributions to modern achievements in science, art, and philosophy.

A Unique Perspective

An American archaeologist, Gordon Willey, said, "Archaeology is Anthropology or it is nothing." As a student of Anthropology, I bring a unique insight into the human and cultural nature of past peoples. My approach goes beyond mere analysis; it's about understanding individuals who lived, loved, and experienced life, much like us, yet in vastly different circumstances. I encourage students to immerse themselves in the cultural mindset of ancient peoples, seeing the world from their perspective.

Course Format

Currently, my course is held in-person at our Liverpool location. Each course runs for 10 weeks, with one 2-hour session per week. Facilities for tea and breaks are always available to ensure a comfortable learning environment. We are exploring the possibility of offering online courses in the future.
